Shipping Policy
We process all orders within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Expedited options available at checkout. Orders over $75 ship free within the US. International shipping is available — rates calculated at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Sale items and jewelry are final sale. To start a return, email us at hello@eternalboho.com with your order number.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we’ll make it right immediately.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
